Verbal Consultation

In a Verbal Consultation, we walk through the home with the homeowner and/or the Realtor and discuss the details needed to be completed to stage your home for sale. Walking room-by-room discussing furniture movement and/or removal, de-cluttering, de-personalizing and highlighting the focal point in each room. We also discuss placement of artwork/accessories and suggest paint colors. Homeowner then does the work needed to stage their home.

Written Consultation

In a Written Consultation, we walk through the home with the homeowner and then again on our own. We take several photos to utilize when preparing your written report. The written report is in a checklist format and consists of a detailed staging plan for the homeowner to complete staging their home for sale.

Occupied Hands-On Staging

In a Hands-On Staging, we do the work needed to stage your home. We can do the main rooms or your entire home. Our goal is to transform your home, utilizing your furniture, accessories and other existing items, to appeal to the widest range of buyers.

Quotes will vary based on size of home, number of rooms and movement needed within the home.

Vacant Hands-On Staging

For a Vacant Home Staging, we will transform your key rooms (living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom) into an inviting space to appeal to buyers.

Quotes will vary based on size of home, staging fee, furniture rental, delivery and de-staging.

Staging Homes to Live
New homeowner? Want to update your home? We can stage your Home to Live. As in staging Homes to Sell, we offer verbal and written consultations and hands-on. We can do as little or as much as you’d like.
